Senior Product Manager, Global Trading

OKX is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Global Trading team in Hong Kong. This role involves managing the development and delivery of new trading products, defining and executing product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that the product meets the needs of global traders.OKX is a leading crypto exchange and developer of the OKX Wallet, providing access to crypto trading and decentralized applications. • Managing the end-to-end trading experience.
• Conducting competitor, user, and market research.
• Innovating products and defining product roadmaps.
• Defining and analyzing product performance metrics.
• Driving the entire product development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
• Solid years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology.
• Decent knowledge of trading and crypto.
• Data-driven and user-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
