Job Description
AutoProff, an AutoScout24 Group company, is seeking a Key Account Manager (m/w/d) for the eastern Germany region. This role involves both acquiring new key account customers and actively managing/developing existing ones. The Key Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering relationships and driving AutoProff's business growth. They will collaborate closely with the internal team and the AutoScout24 Field Sales Team.This position offers a chance to fully utilize sales skills and make a significant impact.Role involves:
  • Acquiring new key account customers and negotiating contracts.
  • Analyzing customer KPIs and creating reports/dashboards.
  • Developing customer-specific project plans and managing sales pipelines.
  • Maintaining and scaling strategic partnerships.
  • Exchanging information with the auction team and documenting sales results in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Completed degree or technical/commercial training with several years of experience in field sales or strategic customer support.
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in B2B auctions or car dealerships.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, process and solution competence, and IT affinity.
  • Good communication skills in German and English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
