Job Description
aCommerce is seeking a Regional Business Process Associate Manager to join their Business Process Management team in Bangkok. This role focuses on improving process governance and supporting users across various Business Units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading measurable improvement projects, supporting warehouse and supply chain initiatives, and fostering collaboration across Thailand, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting process improvement projects across regional operations.
- Analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for cost, efficiency, and quality improvements.
- Preparing and presenting project proposals and progress reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Technology, and Process Automation.
- Conducting site visits and workshops to support warehouse operations.
- Ensuring project outcomes are measurable and aligned with business goals.
- Supporting business process documentation and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, operational project improvement, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead and deliver measurable process improvement projects.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven mindset.
- Thai speaking with excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with regional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
