QA Automation Lead

DevRev is seeking a QA Automation Lead to enhance testing processes using AI and automation. The candidate will govern test frameworks and develop monitoring systems. DevRev's AgentOS is designed for SaaS companies, integrating support, product, and growth teams onto a unified platform. DevRev aims to increase product velocity and reduce customer churn through collaboration, AI, and analytics.

Role involves:
• Implementing AI-driven test automation.
• Designing and documenting test cases.
• Developing and maintaining test suites.
• Governing test frameworks.
• Creating test reports and analytics.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in automation testing and frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI for testing and software development.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Golang, Java, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
