Professional Services Engineer (Position located in Melbourne, Australia)

KnowBe4, a leading security awareness training and simulated phishing platform provider, is seeking a Professional Services Engineer in Melbourne, Australia. This role is crucial for supporting post-sales activities and ensuring customer success with Egress solutions.

The Professional Services Engineer will leverage their product expertise and customer relationship skills to implement, configure, and support Egress solutions for KnowBe4's clients. They will work closely with customers to maximize the value of their purchased solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and security awareness practices.
• Implement and configure Egress solutions for small to mid-sized business customers post-purchase.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
• Record and track customer deployment activities.
• Support Snr. Professional Services colleagues and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Adhere to and promote security awareness practices in accordance with ISMS procedures.
• Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure customers receive value from their purchased solution(s).
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve the majority of technical issues, seeking assistance from senior colleagues for more complex problems.
• Complete all policy requests received from customers or when supporting other team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in similar or related position
• Two-year degree preferred
• Familiarity with firewall and email protocols is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Highly organized and result-oriented
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Can demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis ability
• Can demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment
• Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
