Job Description
KnowBe4 is seeking a Corporate Counsel (APJ) to support legal matters in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. This role reports to the VP, Head of International Legal and collaborates with internal counsel to advise on cybersecurity, data privacy, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and compliance.

The role involves:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Supporting corporate tasks for APJ group entities.
  • Assisting with potential expansions in the APJ region.

Requirements:
  • Doctorate or masters of law (or equivalent degrees).
  • Attorney-at-law/barrister/solicitor with bar registration.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience practicing law.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience drafting and reviewing legal documents in English.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience negotiating commercial contracts including technology contracts
  • Minimum 6 year of experience with data privacy
  • Experience working in-house.
  • Knowledge in data privacy/cybersecurity.
  • Experience with compliance programs.
