Product Marketing Director (Remote)

Job Description

KnowBe4 is seeking a Product Marketing Director to gather, analyze, and disseminate critical competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making. The Product Marketing Director will play a critical role in helping KnowBe4 win in the market by supporting global Revenue and Channel teams with actionable competitive insights, enablement content, and strategic deal support. This role involves tracking industry trends, competitor strategies, market dynamics, product developments, and customer feedback to enable data-driven decisions across product development, marketing, sales, and corporate strategy.Responsibilities include:

• Conduct continuous competitive research using various tools and methods.
• Analyze cybersecurity competitors' products, pricing, and market positioning.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging threats.
• Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and product management teams.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources.
• Perform competitive research to gain insights into competitor sales tactics.
• Provide timely alerts on competitive moves and market shifts.
• Lead competitive win-loss analysis projects.
• Present findings to executives and cross-functional teams.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or strategic analysis within the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to translate competitive insights into clear recommendations.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, competitive intelligence tools (Crayon), and CRM and data reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in a fast-paced environment.
