Altium is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to guide their web application development team. This role requires a blend of leadership and technical skills to ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality web applications. The Team Lead will be responsible for hands-on development, architectural design, and team management.

Role involves:

• Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
• Designing and maintaining high-performance web applications.
• Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders.
• Driving agile processes and ensuring efficient development cycles.
• Leading architectural decisions for robust solutions.
• Implementing best practices for testing and code quality.
• Working cross-functionally with other teams.
• Leading initiatives to improve codebase and development processes.
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience in web application development with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, microservices, and AWS.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins) and Git.
• Strong project management skills and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
