dmg events is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive revenue generation for exhibition stands and sponsorship packages in Riyadh, KSA. The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets, seeking new business opportunities, and monitoring sales figures. They will maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and assist in developing marketing strategies. The role involves overseeing sales managers, updating Salesforce, and reporting on sales activities.
Responsibilities: - Sell exhibition space and sponsorships to achieve revenue targets.
- Seek out and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales figures and report to senior management.
- Maintain contact with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies.
- Oversee sales managers in the territory.
Requirements: - Minimum 5-6 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience in the exhibitions/events industry.
- Familiarity in selling construction and design products/services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.
- Ability to work towards KPIs.
- Adaptable and collaborative nature.
- Ability to travel within the region.
- Arabic speaker is a must.
