ABBYY is seeking a strategic and creative Instructional Designer to join their team in Budapest, Hungary. This role focuses on building and delivering world-class training experiences for ABBYY products. - Design and deliver eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Manage and improve learning environments, including LMSs and virtual machines.
- Create structured learning paths and certifications.
- Monitor learner progress and engagement, analyze metrics, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure instructional quality and accuracy.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Deliver product trainings, technical enablement sessions, and webinars.
- Utilize large language models to support content development.
- Advanced PowerPoint and MS Office Suite skills.
- Expertise in video creation/editing using tools like TechSmith Camtasia.
- Mastery of Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Proficiency with LMS administration.
- Comfort with virtual environments and troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Fluency in content optimization using LLMs.
- Familiarity with product and API documentation.
- Strong familiarity with ABBYY product suite is preferred.
