Job Description
CookUnity is seeking an Associate Chief of Staff to join the Office of the CEO. This role is a strategic partnership with the CEO, COO, and Chief Business Officer, focusing on optimizing meetings, managing priorities, and driving execution. Today, CookUnity delivers 35 million meals a year from the industry’s best chefs to homes all over the country.

Role involves:
  • Strategic Time & Focus Management
  • Meeting Optimization & Executive Support
  • Strategic Projects & Communication

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, business operations, or post-MBA roles
  • Experience directly supporting or working with C-level leadership
  • Proficiency with Notion, Google Suite, Slack, and AI tools
  • Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and executive presence
  • Excellent written communication and synthesis of complex ideas
