Level.works is seeking a structured and eager student for an HR Internship within their HR Operations team in Rotterdam. The intern will support the team in ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects related to temporary staff. This is a great opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the HR field.

The intern will collaborate with recruiters, account managers, and training coordinators to ensure temporary staff can fully focus on their work. The role involves participating in daily HR processes and contributing to the team's objectives.

Role Involves:

• Drafting and processing contracts and personnel files.
• Assisting with the registration of leave, illness, and other HR administration.
• Answering questions from temporary staff regarding employment conditions and regulations.
• Supporting the preparation of contract extensions.
• Checking whether HR processes comply with current laws and regulations.
• Monitoring developments in collective labor agreements and legislation, and assisting in processing these in systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and a proactive and analytical attitude.
• Interest in labor law and relevant legislation, within temporary employment and public transport and/or logistics is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both with temporary staff and colleagues.
• Accuracy, curiosity, structured working, and organizational talent.
