GoFundMe, the world's largest community for good, is seeking a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a team of Commercial Account Executives. This role is pivotal in driving the performance and development of the sales team, ensuring they meet revenue, operational, and strategic goals. The Manager will dedicate their time to coaching, counseling, and mentoring sales representatives, enhancing their sales efficiency. • Hiring, leading, and developing a successful team of full-cycle B2B Account Executives.
• Assessing sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for refinement/improvement.
• Coaching AEs through the development of key sales skills.
• Developing, empowering, and retaining top performers.
• Effectively influencing the sales team to success, hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of prior sales leadership experience managing sales teams within software, ideally B2B SaaS-based offerings.
• 4+ years of progressive B2B experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Track record of building, coaching, and enabling a rapidly growing team.
• Proven ability to create high-performing teams and lead them to success.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
