Job Description
Scale AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Forward Deployed, to join their team. This role involves providing critical data infrastructure that powers advanced AI models and directly influencing how humanity interacts with AI. The engineer will collaborate with leading AI companies and government agencies to solve complex AI data-related problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver critical data solutions for leading AI innovators and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with technical customers to understand their challenges and translate them into solutions.
  • Design, build, and deploy features across the entire stack.
  • Deliver high-quality experiments quickly and iterate to meet customer needs.
  • Shape engineering culture, values, and processes.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
  • Strong coding abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving world of generative AI.
  • Excited to join a dynamic, hybrid team in either San Francisco or New York City.
