Job Description

Tenable, the Exposure Management company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive sales activities for its software products. The ideal candidate will work with existing customers and partners to improve their IT security roadmap and grow revenue within a designated geography.

Role Involves:

  • Consultatively working with customers to define improvements in their IT security roadmap.
  • Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing from existing enterprise client accounts.
  • Managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects.
  • Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations.
  • Providing account management to an existing territory.
  • Tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports.
  • Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS solution, or subscription-based product.
  • BA/BS degree and 3+ years of sales experience.
  • Large account management or project management experience.
  • Proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies.
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven track record of growing business from an established client base.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
