Job Description

Bottomline is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to manage customer implementations of Bottomline’s Paymode solution. The Implementations Manager will work closely with customers, vendors, banks, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful client experience. This role requires a motivated and multi-talented individual who can lead and manage projects to scheduled completion, develop solid customer relationships, and troubleshoot project issues.

The role involves:

  • Educating, leading, and managing Paymode implementation projects.
  • Developing relationships with customers during implementation.
  • Planning and achieving project schedules.
  • Coordinating work assignments.
  • Troubleshooting and tracking project issues.
  • Ensuring success criteria are met within timeline and budget.
  • Documenting project deliverables.
  • Gathering and communicating customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking application implementations and knowledge of payment methods (ACH/WIRE/ Foreign drafts/SWIFT).
  • Client facing communication and customer presentation skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and MS Project.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
