Job Description

xAI is seeking a dedicated Credentialing Specialist to bolster its security program. This role, reporting to the Security Operations Coordinator, requires a professional with expertise in ID badge and credentialing software. The specialist will ensure that only authorized personnel gain access to specific areas of the facility. This is an onsite position located in Palo Alto, California.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the specialist for creating ID Badges.
  • Ensure correct access is granted to only authorized individuals.
  • Maintain and update credentialing databases in a timely manner.
  • Maintain site access control procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Security Officer.
