Job Description
Scale AI is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join their Frontier Data team. This team focuses on building datasets to enhance cutting-edge LLM capabilities. The Senior Engineer will collaborate with customers, GTM, and operations to define, build, and support model capabilities. Scale AI's Generative AI Data Engine powers advanced LLMs and generative models through RLHF, human data generation, model evaluation, safety, and alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Own large areas within our product
- Comfortable working cross functionally
- Build features end-to-end
- Deliver experiments at a high velocity
- Work across the product lifecycle
- Influence the culture of a growing engineering team
- Inspire and mentor less experienced engineers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Track record of shipping high-quality products
- Desire to work in a very fast-paced environment
- Ability to turn business ideas into engineering solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excited to join a dynamic, hybrid team in either San Francisco or New York City
