The Recruiter role at Motive involves partnering with GTM leadership in Mexico to build the Mexico team. This role requires someone with experience in a fast-paced startup environment and successful leadership in strategic sales searches in Mexico.
What This Role Involves:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand priority roles and search calibration.
Building out the Mexico GTM organization.
Full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams.
Managing hiring manager expectations and developing processes around interviewing.
Measuring and tracking all aspects of the recruiting process.
Maintaining a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles.
Maintaining attention to detail for operational hygiene.
Using data to influence hiring decisions and processes.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales recruiting with 5+ years of overall full cycle recruiting experience.
A natural people person that thrives on building a supportive team environment.
A strong understanding of the current recruiting landscape in the Mexico market.
A strong track record of establishing trust with hiring managers.
Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and grit to work in a fast-paced environment.
