Job Description

Decathlon is seeking a Junior Data Analyst for an apprenticeship within the Data Dispatch and Fulfillment team. This role is based in Paris and offers the opportunity to contribute to Decathlon's impact by working with data to make a difference. The Data Dispatch & Fulfillment team focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining innovative analytical and AI solutions for supply chain challenges, such as product assortment, dispatch optimization, and product visibility.

The apprentice will collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts to identify opportunities for product visualization improvements, conduct analyses to enhance process understanding and efficiency, build dashboards for data-driven decision-making, and identify opportunities for new business or product development. The role also involves translating business problems into actionable insights and conducting workshops with business/product teams.

Role Involves:

  • Collaborating with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts
  • Conducting analyses to improve process efficiency
  • Building dashboards for data-driven decisions
  • Identifying opportunities for new business or product development
  • Leading workshops with business teams

Requirements:

  • A first experience in a similar technical environment (university projects, internship)
  • Strong teamwork skills and a culture of sharing
  • An interest in supply chain
  • An interest in the impact of sport on personal and collective development
