Job Description
Decathlon is seeking a Junior IT Engineer for a Logistics & Transport apprenticeship. This role is within the LTC (Logistics Transport & Customs) domain, focusing on digital solutions for over 10,000 users across 80 warehouses in 25 countries. The role involves close collaboration with Supply Chain teams to support growth and improve efficiency. The team's challenge is to create more flexible, automated, and connected warehouses.
The apprentice will join the SWIFT team, specializing in integrating digital solutions for Decathlon warehouses globally, ensuring performance and quality.
Role involves:
- Transforming and migrating an application piloting the configuration of Decathlon's largest warehouse by integrating it into the warehouse management system (IBMi).
- Developing and evolving an application (based on Google AppSheet) for centralized administration and management related to the warehouse management system (alerting, monitoring, supervision, etc.).
- Participating in the deployment of a secure access solution to the warehouse management system (IBMi).
- Working in an international and collaborative environment.
- Developing skills on various technologies.
Requirements:
- A first significant experience (university projects, internship or work-study) in a similar technical environment.
