Job Description
Optimove is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in London. Optimove is a global marketing tech company that works with brands such as Sephora, Staples, and Entain. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and strong communication skills. The Solutions Engineer will provide technical pre-sales support, ensuring client requirements are understood and the Optimove technical solution is mapped accordingly. They will work with the New Business team, primarily supporting EMEA and APAC, to answer technical questions, lead integration discussions, and conduct product deep dives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide product expert support to the new business (sales) team
- Conduct formal tech calls as part of new business cycles
- Master Optimove’s products and technologies
- Support the completion of RFPs
- Present deep product demos to prospects
- Understand client’s technical and business needs
- Work closely with Data Science and Product Integration teams
- Support onboarding and ongoing education for the new business team
- Attend conferences as needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Solution Consultant
- Experience with Marketing Technology tools in a SaaS organization
- Technical background
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Highly motivated with an exceptional work ethic
- Fast learner
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable traveling as needed
