NMI is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and mentor software engineering teams. The role involves fostering a nurturing environment, encouraging growth, and ensuring equity. The Software Engineering Manager will collaborate with other leaders to ensure smooth and efficient technical operations, contributing to broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering software in an agile environment.
• Experience with PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, CCPA.
• Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
