Senior Product Designer, GenAI Operator Group

Job Description

Scale AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its GenAI Operator Group. The company's mission is to accelerate the development of AI applications by providing high-quality data solutions. The Operator Group focuses on building infrastructure for both customers and operators to ensure seamless and efficient data production. This role involves:

• Leading the end-to-end design process to improve the operator experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand operator needs and solve pain points.
• Designing, refining, and shipping high-quality designs.
• Justifying design decisions based on user feedback and insights.
• Making tradeoffs between short-term and long-term goals, informed by business needs.
• Adopting and expanding the design system to maintain consistent style and quality standards.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• A proven track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• A desire to influence design processes and culture.
