Job Description

CarOnSale, a tech company based in Berlin, is seeking a working student to join their Legal Team. The role involves working alongside the General Counsel on legal issues related to contract law, labor law, data protection, compliance, and corporate law. The candidate will contribute to the development of processes and tools, especially in contract management, and assist in preparing and following up on legal proceedings.

Role Involves:

• Working on legal questions in contract law, labor law, data protection, compliance and corporate law
• Contributing to the development of processes and tools, especially in contract management
• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of court proceedings

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Law, Business Law, or a related field (5th semester or higher)
• Interest in legal topics
• Structured, independent, and reliable work ethic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good German and English skills
