Job Description
Outset Medical is seeking a Territory Manager to support the Area Sales Manager in selling the Tablo Hemodialysis System within the Mountain Region. This role involves implementing business plans, prospecting new accounts, expanding console usage in existing accounts, and building relationships with key stakeholders. The Territory Manager will drive sales activities, build clinical and administrative support, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Role involves:
- Implementing targeted business plans
- Building clinical and administrative support
- Generating key stakeholder interest
- Driving sales activities in non-Tablo accounts
- Building support from physicians and clinical staff
- Managing the transition of initial sale and installation
- Achieving quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience (healthcare or capital sales preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in medical equipment sales
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Experience selling in disruptive environments and influencing behavior change
