Finance Manager (gn) Operations

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Finance Manager to ensure operational excellence across its multi-category nutrition business. This role involves partnering with operations, supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to link operational performance with financial outcomes. The Finance Manager will provide actionable financial insights and lead the implementation of agile S&OP and performance management processes to drive productivity, inventory efficiency, and cost savings across the value chain.Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and performance tracking for supply chain and manufacturing operations.
• Provide financial input to S&OP processes to optimize demand, inventory, and supply.
• Develop tools linking operational KPIs to financial outcomes.
• Enable D2C product launches through financial analysis and operational readiness assessments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in manufacturing and logistics and support investment decisions.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with teams like Brand, B2B, Procurement, Quality, and R&D.
• Lead scenario planning for supply chain risks and manage full P&L ownership.
• Oversee the full planning cycle and implement predictive analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Operations Controlling, Supply Chain Finance, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain finance processes.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, capital investment evaluation, and eCommerce metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in ERP/BI tools like SAP and Power BI.
• Experience in consumer goods, food, nutrition, or eCommerce-driven environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
