Job Description

Scale AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their GenAI Growth team. This role focuses on building products for Scale AI's contributor platform. The Senior Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the contributor experience by streamlining platform onboarding, simplifying project assessments & selection, and experimenting with rewards and incentive programs. They will partner closely with AI/ML teams to build LLM applications that transform how contributors are matched to projects and how their skills are assessed. The engineer will work with data science to optimize growth funnels and drive the growth of qualified contributors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning large areas within the product.
  • Building features end-to-end, including front-end, back-end, system design, debugging, and testing.
  • Delivering experiments at a high velocity and level of quality.
  • Working across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Influencing the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineering team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
