Job Description
The company is seeking a Senior Commercial Planning Analyst to join the Commercial Planning team in Internal Partner Success. This professional will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the sale and onboarding of new partners (restaurants) on the Anota AI platform, a WhatsApp order capture automation tool. This product aims to streamline the order capture process, optimizing communication between restaurants and the end customer through artificial intelligence.
The analyst will play an essential role in defining and monitoring the commercial team's KPIs, helping to structure processes, coordinate the implementation of strategies, and ensure that partners are properly integrated and trained on the platform. In addition, they will be responsible for engaging internal stakeholders, optimizing commercial processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of the Anota AI product to ensure partner adoption and success.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial planning, data analysis, or related areas.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate SQL for building analyses and queries.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) for creating and maintaining dashboards (Current Tool - Thoughtspot).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Good communication and ease for presenting results.
- Knowledge of automation and digital products will be a differential.
