iFood Pago is expanding and seeking an innovative Executive Sales professional for the Uberlândia, MG region. The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging environment, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills. This role involves developing relationships with new restaurant partners, identifying and prospecting new clients, and achieving individual and company goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new restaurant partners, especially large ones.
- Identify and prospect new clients in the region to expand the partner base.
- Strive to achieve individual, partner, and company goals.
- Promote and implement new products and solutions for partners.
- Innovate and generate value within and outside of iFood.
- Manage difficult conversations and conflicts with emotional intelligence.
- Analyze restaurant operations and propose strategic improvements to increase revenue.
- Utilize advanced negotiation techniques, such as SPIN Selling, to close high-value deals.
Requirements:
- Experience in consultative sales and prospecting new clients (Hunter profile).
- High analytical skills and strategic data management.
- Commercial profile with negotiation skills and sales techniques, such as SPIN Selling.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to relate to internal partner areas to achieve client and company objectives.
- Advanced level in Office package (Excel, Power Point, etc.) or Google package (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on profile with a high level of energy, delivery and sense of ownership.
- Ability to strategically look at restaurant operations and constructively criticize.
- Experience in risk management and emotional intelligence.
- Reside in the region of operation (Uberlândia, MG).
