Responsibilities:

• Interacting and mapping opportunities with Tech/Product teams in the context of event and experimentation platforms.
• Evolving the experimentation platform and journey event platform in the app, improving user experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensuring solution architecture, implementing new technologies, and incorporating best practices with a modular vision.
• Focusing on Data quality and Clean code.
• Modeling user behavior event data in journeys.
• Maintaining the data repository, ensuring unit test coverage, and promoting good practices in data product development standards.
• Applying software engineering principles to Analytics.
• Working on innovation, applying intelligence to solutions, and using AI to increase productivity and manage resources in pipeline execution and other initiatives.

Requirements:

• Ability to solve complex problems and lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to manipulate and process large volumes of data.
• Experience working with Databricks, AWS, and Airflow as a pipeline orchestrator.
• Knowledge of software engineering to ensure processes and maintain the data repository.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
• Understanding of the culture of experimentation and its practical application.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge in Streamlit and front-end languages to contribute to the development of the experimentation platform interface.
• Statistical background to support complex analyses and data-driven decision-making.
