Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager (Directeur de magasin H/F) to lead its store in Trignac. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, profitability, and customer service. They will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of employees, ensuring that the store is well-maintained and visually appealing, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

• Driving store performance through sales growth and cost reduction
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitoring the competition
• Leading and motivating the team
• Managing human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management
• Ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
• Managing stock and minimizing losses

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
