• Accompanying sales team daily

• Analyzing and communicating KPIs to the team
• Managing deliveries
• Briefing and debriefing the team
• Planning daily breaks
• Opening and closing cash registers
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the department is well-maintained

Requirements:

• Leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train the team
• Versatility in handling both people management and numerical data
