Superviseur de rayon H/F

The Superviseur de rayon will be responsible for managing a specific department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cash registers. The primary goal is to improve the department's profitability by effectively managing the sales team, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring excellent customer service.

Role Involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales associates.
• Analyzing sales data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing the team.
• Planning daily breaks.
• Opening and closing cash registers.
• Maintaining the overall presentation of the department.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing a team.
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work opening and closing shifts.
