Job Description
JD Sports is seeking a motivated individual for the role of Superviseur de rayon (H/F). This role involves managing a store department, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or checkout, with the primary goal of improving its profitability. The Superviseur will work in Aulnay-sous-Bois, France.
The role involves:
- Managing and supporting a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyzing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, item per visit (IV), price per item (PM), and total transactions (TT).
- Performing store opening and closing duties, including managing deliveries, briefing and debriefing the team, planning breaks, and handling cash registers.
- Ensuring the overall presentation of the department is well-maintained, with support from visual merchandisers.
Requirements:
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team towards a common goal.
- Excellent sales skills and the ability to train and mentor the team.
- Versatility in handling both people management and numerical data.
