JD Sports, a leading sports fashion retailer with a strong presence in multiple countries, is seeking a motivated and experienced Superviseur de rayon (Department Supervisor) to join their team in Sevran. The Department Supervisor will be responsible for managing a specific department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or checkout, with the primary goal of improving its profitability. The role involves:

• Leading and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Analyzing sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Managing deliveries, conducting team briefings, and planning daily breaks.
• Ensuring the department is well-presented and visually appealing.
