Superviseur de rayon H/F

The Superviseur de rayon will manage a department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or checkout, with the primary goal of improving its profitability.

Role involves:

• Leading and supporting a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyzing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.
• Managing store openings and closings, including deliveries, team briefings, and cash management.
• Ensuring the overall presentation of the department is well-maintained.
