JD Sports is seeking a Superviseur de rayon (H/F) to manage a department within their store in Meaux, Seine-et-Marne, France. The Superviseur de rayon will play a key role in driving sales and profitability within their assigned department. They will work closely with the store's visual merchandisers to ensure that the department is well-presented and appealing to customers.

Role Involves:

• Managing a department (footwear, textile, stock, or checkout)
• Improving department profitability
• Leading and motivating a team of sales associates
• Analyzing sales data (KPIs)
• Managing deliveries and store opening/closing procedures
• Ensuring proper department presentation
