JD Sports, a leading sports fashion retailer with a strong presence across Europe, is seeking a motivated and experienced Superviseur de rayon (Department Supervisor) to join their team in Roissy-en-France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or checkout, with the primary goal of enhancing its profitability. He will animate sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain excellent department presentation.Role involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales assistants
• Analyzing sales KPIs and communicating them to the team
• Overseeing store openings and closings
• Managing deliveries and cash registers
• Ensuring the department's visual appeal

Requirements:

• Previous experience in team management
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to train others
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to manage deliveries, cash registers, and visual merchandising
