The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in managing the store, supporting the Store Manager in driving performance and leading the team.

Role Involves:

• Driving store performance by increasing sales and reducing costs.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on store activity.
• Monitoring the competition and market trends.
• Leading and motivating the team, including opening/closing the store, assigning tasks, and conducting team meetings.
• Developing the management and sales team through coaching, delegation, and feedback.
• Managing HR-related tasks such as payroll, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensuring the store is clean, well-merchandised, and organized.
• Managing stock levels, minimizing losses, and handling cash register operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, management, and team coaching.
• No specific educational background required.
