Job Description

JD Sports is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Metz, France. The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in managing the store and driving its performance.

The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for leading and developing the store team.

Role Involves:

• Driving store performance and achieving sales targets
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitoring the competition
• Leading and motivating the store team
• Managing stock levels and minimizing losses
• Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained
• Managing the store's finances
• Recruiting, training and developing staff

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
