JD Sports is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Sevran, France. The company is a leading retailer of sports footwear and apparel with over 3,400 stores in 38 countries. In France, JD Sports has over 130 stores and plans to open around 15 new stores each year.

The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team management. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for retail and a proven track record of success.

Role Involves:

• Driving store performance by developing sales, reducing costs.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitoring the competition and market trends.
• Leading and motivating the store team.
