Job Description
Brunswick is seeking an ICT Support Analyst to join their London-based team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing support via phone, email, and in person. This role involves working closely with the global ICT team to ensure a seamless technology experience for all Brunswick colleagues. Occasional out-of-hours and weekend support is required, with full compensation.
Responsibilities include: - Providing 1st line support for hardware, software, and systems across Windows and macOS platforms.
- Managing O365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune environments.
- Supporting mobile devices (iPhones, iPads) and using MDM tools like JAMF.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Handling application installations, hardware setups, and user access requests.
- Working with global ICT colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
The ideal candidate should have: - 1-2 years of experience in a 1st line ICT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and O365 applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and JAMF.
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with MFA.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- A genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
- ITIL knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
