Squint/Opera is seeking a Mid-Level Creative to collaborate with senior creatives and producers, contributing to engaging experiences across digital and physical formats. The role involves shaping audience engagement with various media, including 2D, 3D, print, and interactive media.Squint/Opera is looking for someone who is autonomous, self-directed, and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and evolving their creative approach. The ideal candidate should have a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude and adapt well to changing priorities.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Creatives, Producers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support art direction efforts on film, interactive media, and experiential design projects.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in building narratives and creative concepts.
• Assist in visual direction from concept to execution.
• Coordinate with Producers to maintain timelines and participate in project reviews.
• Assist in creating presentation materials.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of design experience in a creative agency or production environment.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Versatility in various design styles and platforms.
• Strong narrative sensibility in visual storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to execute creative concepts effectively.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
