Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in Navi Mumbai, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and innovation within the public services sector. The Finance Manager will play a key role in establishing and developing a Centre of Excellence, driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across the business. They will collaborate closely with teams in both Navi Mumbai and London.
Role involves:
- Leading end-to-end processes in cash flow forecasting, P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Leading workshops with stakeholders to understand key finance processes, risks, gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Driving process improvement and implementing more robust financial controls.
- Acting as the key liaison between finance and other departments.
- Leading the integration of AI technologies into operations.
- Defining and developing company strategy.
- Building team skills and visualizing career paths.
- Conducting comprehensive data analysis.
- Establishing company growth strategy.
- Leading corporate finance decisions.
- Driving company-wide initiatives enhancing data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
- ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience working within large, more complex businesses.
- Strong understanding of finance processes and systems and experience in implementing new systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including professional written and spoken English.
- Strong practical analytical skills, ability to effectively interpret, summarise, and document data.
- Self-starter who is able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment.
