Blenheim Chalcot is seeking a Finance Associate to join their team in Navi Mumbai, India. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital transformation and innovation within the public services sector. The Finance Associate will play a key role in establishing and developing a Centre of Excellence, driving efficiency, standardization, and automation across the business. They will collaborate closely with teams in Navi Mumbai and London.Responsibilities:

• Attend workshops to understand finance processes, risks, and inefficiencies.
• Document current processes and stakeholder feedback.
• Drive process improvement and implement financial controls using emerging technologies.
• Act as a liaison between finance and other departments.
• Establish and maintain clear communication plans.
• Analyze process performance and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead the integration of AI technologies into operations.

Requirements:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in complex businesses.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to document data.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple workstreams.
