Headout is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to develop AI-powered solutions for their travel platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy ML models across various applications, including recommendations, search optimization, pricing, and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to have a global impact, work on diverse AI applications, and take end-to-end ownership of ML solutions.Role involves:

• Developing AI-powered solutions for the Headout platform.
• Designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated ML models.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals and techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience taking ML models from development to production.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing technologies and cloud-based ML services (a plus).
