Job Description

Scale is seeking a Frontend-focused Fullstack Engineer to contribute to the development of AI-powered applications for the Scale Generative AI Platform (SGP). The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting intuitive user experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This individual will work on both customer-facing AI applications and internal SaaS products, contributing to projects such as interactive AI assistants, enterprise-grade web applications, and the refinement of Scale’s core SaaS platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance user-facing AI applications for major enterprise customers.
  • Develop and refine features for Scale’s GenAI Platform.
  • Design, build, and optimize user interfaces using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and AI/ML teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
  • Ship features at a rapid pace while maintaining code quality, performance, and accessibility.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience developing frontend or fullstack applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
  • Experience working on high-visibility, customer-facing applications.
  • A passion for AI and experience working on interactive AI applications.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies such as FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
