Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their team. The company was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay platform, which has over 69 million users. The designer will play a crucial role in enhancing the UI/UX of PayPay Card's products and services.

The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with product planning, product development (engineering), and other designers to improve the UI/UX. They will be responsible for leading UI/UX improvements and handling design-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• UI/UX design, visual design, and prototype creation
• Conducting competitive research and analysis to identify issues and plan/execute improvement measures
• Design direction, including collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Presenting designs during decision-making phases
• Building and maintaining design systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in related fields
• Practical experience in mobile app (iOS/Android) UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and XD
• Business level Japanese
• Conversational level English (for communication with engineers)
