- Equipment Cleaning
- Facility structure cleaning, including walls and ceilings at heights
- ATP Swabbing and Environmental Swabbing
- General sanitation tasks: scrubbing, scraping, and washing equipment
- Trash removal
- Following sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs)
- Performing tasks on the Master Sanitation Schedule
- Sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing floors
- Participating in training sessions
- Maintaining clean outside grounds and office areas
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break-rooms, freezers, & ovens
Requirements:
- General understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
- Ability to make decisions based on standard practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, troubleshoot, and problem solve
- Basic understanding of sanitation processes and equipment
- Ability to run sanitation equipment
- Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate safety labels
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP practices
- Adherence to work instructions and OSHA safety rules
